I joined FSW in April 2021. The Wholesale industry (especially refrigeration and air conditioning) was a whole new ball game for me. I have been warmly welcomed by everyone here at FSW's head office in Cannock. I have had training and guidance, to enable me to feel more confident and able to perform my duties within the goods in department in the warehouse. I enjoy my role here within the company, and would encourage anyone thinking about joining the team to go for it!

I started with FSW in 2021 and can honestly say that the support throughout the entire company has been brilliant. Everyone wants to get on and be part of the FSW team. FSW also offers excellent training that can help with self-development, and a rewards scheme where you can personally nominate other colleagues their hard work. The benefits platform can help you in so many ways from mental wellbeing, shopping vouchers, or taking courses in your spare time. You really feel part of the company and not just a number.

From day one, I have been made to feel extremely welcome by all my new colleagues across all the branches. This was even during the difficult times of “Lockdown”. I was given all the equipment, training and support to do my new role with FSW, which has made my employment stress free and enjoyable. I have also enjoyed saving money on the employee benefits portal. I consider myself very lucky to be an employee of FSW and to continue my career with the Company.

Having started with FSW recently, I can honestly say that the company and the staff have made me feel so welcome, with helping hands at every step of my induction. It's so true within FSW that there is no such thing as a stupid question, and offers of support and advice come in abundance. Having come from a different industry, I could have easily become overwhelmed. I soon became very much part of the FSW and will continue to use the support within the company to learn and progress with confidence.
